WEST Brom moved above Nottingham Forest to second in the Championship but they left it late to claim a 1-0 win against struggling Sheffield Wednesday.

The Owls had not lost at The Hawthorns since 1975 and they had plenty of chances to maintain that record, but Baggies substitute Robert Koren made them pay with a stunning long-range strike 12 minutes from time.

James Morrison played the ball to Graham Dorrans who in turn fed Koren 30 yards out and he lashed the ball past Lee Grant for his fifth goal of the season.
