"The petition was dismissed in a matter of seconds at a hearing in London on Monday morning."
Notts insist they are now completely up to date with payments to HMRC and in a strongly-worded statement last night called the action against them by HMRC 'both disruptive and damaging'.
They now plan to seek legal advice to recover the money they have spent defending the petition and also punitive damages.
