BREAKING: Jury discharged in trial of Nottingham Forest striker Darius Henderson
The jury in the case of Nottingham Forest striker Darius Henderson were today discharged by the judge.
Judge Martin Griffith told the 5 men and 7 women at St Albans crown court that the case could not continue because a witness was unavailable, working on a sheep farm in Australia.

Darius Henderson
Mr Henderson, 31, who previously played for Watford and Millwall, and lives in Markyate, Herts, denies causing grievous bodily harm to John Bell at Darcy's restaurant in St Albans on New Year's Day 2012.
No new date has been fixed for the trial.
