Gedling man Andrew Crane has been jailed for 18 years after being convicted of 15 sexual offences against two girls.

Crane, 49, of Coronation Walk, had denied 15 sexual offences against the children, who are now adults, in Nottingham.

He was found guilty of all the charges and jailed at Nottingham Crown Court today.

In relation to the first victim, he was convicted of six charges of indecent assault, one of gross indecency and four of rape.

In relation to the second victim, he was convicted of rape and three counts of indecent assault.

Both the women gave evidence at the trial - but Crane said they were making it up.
