NOTTINGHAM Animal Rights is to hold a protest in the city centre on Saturday.

The group will be staging a peaceful protest outside Boots in Upper Parliament Street from 1pm.

People will be able to sign a petition against animal testing by pharmaceutical and cosmetic company Proctor and Gamble.

The protest will include a person dressed in a rabbit costume being caged.
