Agent moves quickly to let industrial unit
INNES England has secured the letting of a 15,000 sq ft industrial unit on the prime industrial estate of Oakham Business Park, in Mansfield. The property agent completed the "off-market" deal within five days of acknowledgement of the current tenant vacating.
Scott Osborne, of Innes England, says: "Although the current market for commercial property is relatively tough, with limited enquiries, we are finding that the quality of the enquiries is relatively healthy, in particular across the industrial sector.

The park is one of the principal business estates in Mansfield, with convenient access to the Mansfield and Ashfield Regeneration Route providing good transport links with Junction 28 of the M1.

The estate has a range of office and industrial buildings, with occupiers including Sangenic, East Midlands Ambulance Service, Reflex Labels and Pompadour.
A spokesperson for the tenant said: "We are delighted to have acquired an additional unit on Oakham Business Park to accompany our growing business demands and are pleased that we could reach an amicable agreement within a matter of days."

Innes England's building consultancy department handled the dilapidation claim on behalf of the landlord.
