90% of passengers happy with Nottingham tram

MORE than nine out of ten passengers using Nottingham's tram were satisfied with its service, a new survey has found.

Research conducted by market research company Osiris MR found 94 per cent of 1,500 tram users surveyed were satisfied.

A total of 97 per cent would also recommend the tram.

Paul Robinson, NET general manager, said: "With overall satisfaction figures of 94 per cent, we're clearly out-performing recognised industry standards.

    “According to a conductor they did a staff survey too last year but have never published the results. I think a few home truths were told by staff.”
