56-year-old man dies following crash on the A57 in Nottinghamshire
A truck driver has died following a crash on the A57 this morning.
The 56-year-old man was taken to Bassetlaw District Hospital after his vehicle left the road at the roundabout junction with the Wilkinson's entrance.

It happened at around 6.50am.
The man subsequently died at hospital.

No other vehicle is believed to have been involved.
The A57 lane towards Worksop, between the Wilkinson's entrance and the Manton Wood roundabout, was closed while the scene was cleared and police conducted their enquiries. It reopened at around 10.45am.
